Philosophy & Vision

Jade Carter’s mentorship philosophy is simple: culture first, systems always, people above all. Shaped by small town roots, church leadership, and a decorated collegiate basketball career, he believes winning programs are built where accountability is clear, communication is consistent, and every voice is seen and heard. Drawing on his experience in organizational leadership and district‑level compliance, Coach Carter helps leaders create practical structures that protect students, empower staff, and turn everyday habits into long‑term academic and athletic excellence.

his why...

- Raised by a single mother who put God first in his life very early, Jade was able to develop a passion for service.

- He has shown a passion for advocacy by working in Human Resources for almost a decade helping build policy, train staff on title IX and civil rights, and properly training teachers on how to accommodate students who learn differently.

- Being diagnosed with seizures as a freshman, then bouncing back from a torn ACL as a sophomore in high school, Jade prioritizes building resilience in others. His medical history and late blooming athletic career shaped him into a man of courage and fight which he aims to instill in as many people as possible.

- Currently, he draws inspiration from his wife and two young boys who sacrifice time with him so that he can carry out his Godly mission.
